  • Compliance with all FAA Part 107 rules (or applicable regulations in your jurisdiction)
  • Obtaining required Remote Pilot Certificates and waivers
  • Checking airspace restrictions (LAANC, TFRs, NOTAMs) before every flight
  • Performing pre-flight safety inspections
  • Safe operation of drone equipment at all times

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Site are owned by Drone Ops Inc or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of our IP without written permission.
